Riverboarding or Hydrospeed: a white water sporting adventure on the Aude gorges between Foix, Carcassonne and Perpignan
This course is ideal for lovers of white water sports, it offers an intense experience in the heart of the Gorges de l’Aude. Equipped with a float and fins, you will be ready to face the waves and navigate the current, while mastering whitewater swimming techniques thanks to a complete briefing on safety instructions and essential tips for a descent successful.

This hydrospeed sports session is ideal for lovers of white water sports or those practicing board sports. It is accessible to sports families with teenagers over 12 years old and to groups of sports friends looking for new sensations. It is also perfect for people wanting to improve their skills in whitewater swimming.
Prerequisites
This activity requires a certain physical condition and we recommend that participants check whether they are able to do it before registering.
Participants must be at least 12 years old and weigh no more than 100 kg.
It is also essential to know how to swim at least 25 meters and to feel comfortable submerging in water.
Finally, it is important not to have any medical contraindication to the practice of white water sports.
Where is this Riverboarding trip ?
Riverboarding courses is located in the Upper Aude Valley, in the Aude department in the Occitanie Pyrénées Méditerranée region (formerly Languedoc Roussillon) in France.
Our reception base is located in the town of Belvianes and Cavirac, where participants are welcomed. The place is easily accessible by car, just 5 minutes from Quillan. The towns of Perpignan, Narbonne, Carcassonne and Foix are all around an hour’s drive from our base, as it is located at the crossroads of the valleys.
In less than an hour and a half, it is possible to reach our base from the Mediterranean coast and the towns of Barcarès, Canet, Leucate or Ste Marie la Mer.
The cities of Montpellier and Toulouse are approximately 2 hours away.
